Our Team in Action – Phuket, Thailand

In May 2025, the Kalmex Invest team travelled to Phuket, one of Thailand’s most stunning and fastest-growing islands.
The purpose of the trip was to explore the local market first-hand, meet with developers, and review new projects that could soon join our international property catalogue.

We visited Kata Beach, Karon, Nai Yang, and Bang Tao – each offering its own charm and investment potential.
In Kata and Karon, the market for holiday apartments is booming, combining comfortable vacation living with strong short-term rental returns.
Nai Yang, located near the national park and a pristine stretch of beach, stands out for its boutique developments and tranquil atmosphere.
Meanwhile, Bang Tao has become the beating heart of luxury Phuket — home to major developers and some of the island’s most impressive villa and condotel projects.

Phuket continues to surprise us with how seamlessly it blends lifestyle and investment value.
