Buying Properties Abroad – Stockholm

On October 18–19, 2025, the Kalmex Invest team proudly participated in the Buying Properties Abroad exhibition held at the prestigious Globe Arena Annex in Stockholm. The event brought together investors, developers, and property professionals from across Europe, focusing on international real estate markets and investment opportunities.

We showcased a wide range of projects from Spain, featuring exclusive apartments and villas located on the stunning Costa Blanca and Costa Cálida. Visitors at our booth had the opportunity to explore detailed investment materials, meet our team, and view digital presentations of selected developments.

The fair attracted strong interest from Scandinavian investors looking for second homes and high-ROI properties in the Mediterranean region. It also allowed us to strengthen our business network and build new partnerships with regional agencies and investors.
